    Just book an appointment. When you arrive, pick your favorite chain and charms! We’ll custom fit it for comfort, then zap it closed.

  • Is it really permanent?

    Permanent doesn’t mean indestructible. Jewelry can be popped off with effort—or even accidentally. Your first repair is on us.

  • How to remove?

    You can easily remove a Desert Gem with scissors or nail clippers if needed. We are always happy to reconnect your chain.

  • Is it easy to maintain?

    Like all high quality jewelry, simply buff and polish as needed with a soft cloth, soft toothbrush and some dish soap.

  • Where are you located?

    You can find us inside Décor, a design studio and retail space in Historic Downtown St. George.

  • Can you come to my location?

    We love private events! We’re fully mobile and can come to you. A $65 travel fee covers up to 3 hours of service. Just fill out the form under ‘Book a Private Party,’ and we’ll be in touch.

  • Cancellations & No-Shows

    We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee of $35 per person scheduled. Our time is reserved just for you — please respect our artists' time and availability.

  • How long do the appointments take?

    Appointments typically take about 15 minutes per person.
    The toughest part? Picking your chain, good luck choosing just one!
