How does it work?
Just book an appointment! When you arrive, pick your favorite chain and charms. We’ll custom-fit it for comfort, then zap it closed. Choose from 20+ chain styles in sterling silver and 14k gold-filled. (Solid gold by preorder)

Is it really permanent?
Permanent doesn’t mean indestructible. Jewelry can be popped off with effort—or even accidentally.
Your first repair is on us!

Can I take it off?
You can easily remove a Desert Gem with scissors or nail clippers if needed. We are always happy to reconnect your chain.

Is it easy to maintain?
Like all high quality jewelry, simply buff and polish as needed with a soft cloth, soft toothbrush and some dish soap.
For a deeper clean, we also offer professional in-studio cleaning services!

Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows or late cancellations will incur a $20 fee per person scheduled. Our time is reserved just for you — please respect our artists' time and availability.

How long do the appointments take?
Appointments typically take about 10 minutes per person.
The toughest part? Picking your chain, good luck choosing just one!Kid Policy: For safety and space reasons, children may only attend if they are receiving jewelry. All participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign a consent form.
